2. Conditions for Return: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
3. Refunds & Exchanges: Upon inspection, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
4. Non-Returnable Items: Discounted items and intimate wear cannot be returned.
